A confrontation between Ran of Weiß (Weiß Kreuz) and Ryushi of Bösen Blick (original).
Time seemed to freeze as Fujimaya Ran and Kurofuji Ryushi faced each other. Ran was glaring coldly, while Ryushi seemed coolly amused. The two looked remarkably similar. They both had red hair and violet-purple eyes, were of similar heights and builds, and had similar bone structure. Leila knew as well that their pasts were much the same as well. But Ryushi’s hair was darker and longer, tied in a topknot, and his eyes were more purple than violet, and his sister had been killed when he abandoned his group. And he belonged mind and body, heart and soul, to Nyx, the Night. And, of course, he had certain… abilities… that Ran could only guess at having.
If Leila had emotions, she would have loved Ryushi. She knew it, but it made little difference in the end – he meant as much to her as anyone else, including herself; and that was nothing.
