sureiI hadn't intended it as such, but there it is now. Keranth, his guard, and his high priest have their (unmodified) stats up.
... Yes, of course you can meet Keranth. I wouldn't have bothered with creating a local god if there wasn't the possibility to meet him face to face. Well, face to ... something else, really.
I'd work on the lower-level NPCs some more, except that I need to sleep, and they pretty much depend on the PCs to determine who/what they are.
