Ow ow ow ow ow...
Apr. 1st, 2004 12:12 amSo, I made several mistakes.
The first (which was not really a mistake in the end) was to ignore the blister-wounds on my feet and walk normally in inclosing shoes. This actually was no problem.
The second was to go over (and over and over and over and over and over...) a fairly energetic traditional dance that involves lots of jumping around and lunges and crouches and other things that can turn your legs to jelly. I started at 7:30. I finished around 11:00. This was not very good for my body.
The third was to, once I got home, let the muscles seize up by sitting on the floor in one position until a few minutes ago. It is now nearly impossible to walk, but I need to do that in order to go to bed.
The third was to ignore my homework. I have not read, I have not prepared for the meeting, I have no reviewed readings and notes and the like. And it is after midnight - as you can tell by looking at the 'time' part of the entry.
I am a very stupid person at times. This evening is a case in point.
Eh. At least I don't have a headache.
