It's entirely too hot out there, you know that? The breeze is nice, and the shade has been enough so far to keep the grass from drying (which means, of course, that you can't sit down) and there's water and other drinks nearby, but it's still way to hot, yeah? Really, really too hot for this time of year. This is supposed to be the end of winter, or so say the calendars. It feels more like early summer.

Which is fine, really. I rather like it. But I still need sunscreen if I'm going to be out much. That, however, seems unlikely: the bottoms of my feet are really protesting the way I've been treating them recently, and aren't letting me walk with anything like comfort. Worse still, they're bruises and scrapes. Blisters I can deal with, blisters I have delt with, but the bottoms of my feet are just bruised.

I also need a good last name for a random handsome male character with long white-blond hair. British, but I'm thinking of making it germanic in origin. Like - I dunno - Amery or Abendroth, or Haff or like that.

All in all, though, today has been pretty good so far.

If I were a cat, I would be a… Puma!

The Puma (Felis concolor) is an unmarked, tawny cat which possesses, along with great elegance and agility, many commonly used names. The most widespread of its labels are Cougar, Panther, Mountain Lion, and Catamount. They live over a broad range in all of the Americas.

Being the Puma (or whatever you want to call it!), you are a very strong individual and have a great capability of succeeding at whatever you wish to accomplish. You are cunning when in sticky situations and adept at puzzles and riddles.

If I had lived 4500 years ago, I would have been...

an Egyptian!

One of the first civilizations (and also the longest lasting) was Egypt. Most famous for the
gigantic tombs of stone called the pyramids, they also established many things that we take for granted today: a 365
day calender, paper, and basic arithmetic to name a few.

When you want something done, you get it done! You're very determined and practice at things until you like the result.
Chances are you're a perfectionist, but hey, that's a good thing!
