sureiSo how many days has it been this time? At least a few, I'm sure. I'm beginning to be very aware of when I'll have to go back, and I need to remember to finish the AKP stuff by then. Granted, it's not yet the sixth, but that is so close to the sixteenth. Ah well, I'll work on it.
As usual, I've taken on too many projects at once. Paper, yarn, beads, and now fabric - mostly for myself. My wonderful mother has given me a carte blanche to her patterns, which makes me very happy. If I'm willing to take up hallspace for cutting, I might even be able to attempt really difficult things, like coats and fitted clothing, and the like. Plus a book on altering patterns! It's only on lend, but it's so useful, I can already tell. Yay, my wonderful momma.
Add to this the opportunity to read books (our whole house is practically a library - only the laundry and bathrooms don't have shelves) that I won't get a chance at later, and I'm sorry, but the dependance on the computer is very slight in comparison. Life is good.
Still, I wonder how people in ages past could stand to be always idle. They must have grown up bored.
