elements of today
Sep. 7th, 2005 09:07 pmSo. Random person I don't know decided to walk with me a little ways back from class, and talk at me. It was coming on dusk, but I didn't even think to be cautious. Yay confidence, or something along those lines.
And the soles of my feet are bruised. Oh, not the arch, but the balls of my feet and the bottoms of the heels are bruised. What's more, the sort of corner between the ball and the inside of the foot is recovering from blisters. I may wind up walking around barefoot for a while, because I don't think I have any shoes that work around all the problems.
Of course, I may wake up tomorrow with my feet feeling fine (which would be nice).

Right now, the weather is like, step outside and instant sweat. Only it's not you, it's the air. Supposedly it's only 87 out there, but I don't trust that. For one, that's wherever the Durham weather station is, not out in the suburb-villages.
It feels like being steamed. If I'm gonna be cooked, dammit, I wanna be roasted!
*faints from overheating*
