O and W, dammit

Yo, fellow female humans,

Have you ever suddenly had your right (or left) breast hurt? I mean, I don't have much patience with mine, they get smushed a lot, and are pretty desensitized, but suddenly, in the middle of a very weak laugh - OW - pain lances through my right breast, lightening-fashion, possibly following veins or mammary glands, into my chest. The sensation was a little like tearing. Like I said, ow.

Kinda weird.
