Yep, minor relapse. Good thing it was during a time I could afford to lose.
Aside from that, ran across a table tent accusing one of our large-brand soft drink companies of murder. Admittedly, my first reaction was to critique the semantics, especially since they should have gone after the (unnamed, and I assume therefore not well known) bottling company's workers in that one area instead of a huge multinational corporation whose only complicity (according to the flyer) was in looking the other way. And even then, it's a couple people who were appealed to and didn't respond who should be dealt with; it's not exactly a family company, you can't go up to a random worker and go, 'OMG! You work for [insert company name here]! You knew about this happening and deliberately didn't do anything about it! How could you?' *tearful bitchslap*
Random Worker: buh? WTF was that for?
*ahem* Anyway. Admittedly that was my first reaction. And admittedly, my second was 'Uh, yeah? These things happen.' But it's my third response that sorta, I guess, marks who I am, which was along the lines of,
Dude, how am I supposed to be impressed when you're talking to me in a shaky font?
I mean, really! I misread 'killer' as 'kitty' the first time 'round!
