I don't want to hear any nit-picky details about all caps (which I noticed myself, thank you), or multiple punctuation (which no self-respecting copy editor would allow) or something else that "spoils the story". Since the quality of writing really doesn't matter to me as long as the story's good, just shut up, please.
Maybe in a couple weeks, when it won't be the instant I've just finished reading the book (done in five hours, at least half of which were lazily interspersed with watching my father play video games and taking breaks to read other snibbits and write one myself) I'll be able to tolerate listening to the people who are small-minded enough to focus on their dislike rather than the story. But right now, shut up. Don't talk to me.
... to relieve my mind a little, I'm going to point out that there's a petty, unpleasant, and ugly little tutor of no account in one of Georgette Heyer's books - The Foundling, I believe - by the name of Snape. I wonder, I wonder...
... and I do have to be amused by all those fanwriters who wanted this or that but essentially made said Snape a good and simply misunderstood guy, especially the romances - BAM! goes that. Heh. Not that I didn't enjoy them, of course, but still: heh.
... and, of course, there's Liza. You wouldn't know that. Never mind. It's an inside joke.
