roses and imagination

I had almost forgotten what I lost in switching to my external drive, but now I remember.

And I feel divorced from time. Past is past, and future is future, and they can take care of themselves.

I will probably get myself into trouble over feeling like this, sooner or later, but for now... I had forgotten the power of stories.
