Dec. 19th, 2004 09:49 pmAny child who grows up watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas every year should get some idea that Christmas is more than just presents, but without getting any Christ's Mass ideas. One song uses "blessed" a lot, but that's as explicit as it gets. And even if some things don't quite connect - one example: a mousehole in a corner somehow leads ball-ornaments out the drainpipe outside - there's enough sentiment and enough humor without any stupidity to satisfy at least most people.
I wrote a bit in DFW; I'll put it up eventually, but not right now.
