Apr. 28th, 2004 03:08 amThere are so many different ways to dance. First one must consider the beat.
~dun dun dun dun~
You start off with a single sound, you know, before you actually start to consider emphasizing.
~dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun~
And syncopating.
~dun da-dun da-dun da-dun da-~
Most music, these days, is written in 3/4 of 4/4 timing - most dance music anyway.
~dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun~
And by dance music, I mean anything with a strong beat.
~da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-~
Somtimes you'll even go double-time.
~data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-data-~
And then your feet start to hurt.
But it's okay, because you're still moving, and there's no time to stop, and breathing doesn't really matter, just the beat of the music.
I really love to dance.
Pity there's no one to dance with me.
