sureiEvery now and then I hear complaints from people - "they were jackhammering in front of the dorm" or the like, "at 6 am" or the like. Yadda.
It's never so early as that, but there's always somebody doing something loud outside my window, sometime during the day. Right now it seems to be a lawn mower. The most common one sounds like a generator doing something. I can't hear my music because it's drowning everything out. It's also really really annoying.
